Judgment
Tarlok Singh Chauhan, J
CMP No. 3370 of 2021 and CR No.81 of 2019
It is heartening to note that the parties have settled the dispute by entering into a compromise, the terms of the compromise as set-out in para-2 of the application, reads as under:
"(2) That the matter has been amicably settled between the parties. The respondent/tenant has agreed to hand over the peaceful and vacant possession of the tenant premises to the applicant/landlord. The respondent/tenant has already cleared all the dues/rent up-to-date. As the respondent/tenant has agreed to vacate and hand over the peaceful and vacant possession of the tenant premises to the applicant/landlord, the applicant/petitioner/ landlord does not intend to pursue the present revision petition any further."
Mr. Sarthak Mehta, learned counsel for the respondent does not dispute the terms of the compromise or else terms thereof as incorporated above.
Consequently, the present revision petition is allowed in terms of the compromise and it shall read as part and parcel of the order. The respondent is directed to hand over the peaceful and vacant possession of the tenanted premises to the applicant/landlord latest by 30th April, 2021.
The revision petition stands disposed of in the aforesaid terms, so also the pending application(s), if any.
For compliance, to come up on 07.05.2021.
