The instant petition has been filed for grant of the following relief:

“(i) That the respondents may kindly be directed to implement the notification/order dated 24-08-2018 i.e. Annexure A-1 in the interest of justice

and fair play.â€​

The learned Senior Additional Advocate General has placed on record the instructions dated 06.01.2021, the relevant portion whereof reads as

under:

“Accordingly, keeping in view of above mentioned facts and circumstances as also the CWP 1172/2017 pending adjudication before this

Hon’ble Court and ordered to be listed along with the present CWPOA 7699/2020, the petitioner can be relieved to CHC Haripur Distt. Kangra

with the leave of this Hon’ble High Court in the matter please.â€​

In view of the aforesaid instructions, we deem it proper to dispose of the petition by directing the respondents to transfer and relieve the petitioner

from C.H. Garli, District Kangra immediately so as to facilitate his joining at CHC, Haripur, District Kangra. The needful be done within one week.

The petition stands disposed of so also the pending application(s), if any.
