This Application has been filed by the applicant to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate / Ist Additional Civil Judge, Haridwar to conclude the proceedings of Criminal Case No. 93 of 2025, “State Vs. Rahul and Others”, pending under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and Section 120B of the Indian Penal Code, 1860.

Heard Ms. Aishwarya Thapliyal, learned counsel for the applicant and Mr. Tumul Nainwal, learned Assistant Government Advocate for the respondent no.1.

Ms. Aishwarya Thapliyal, Advocate appearing for the applicant, has submitted that a sale-deed was executed by co-accused using a fake Aadhaar Card of the applicant. Applicant Rohit Kumar is a victim and he has been shown as a witness.

The said request of the applicant has not been opposed by the State.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, the learned Judicial Magistrate / Ist Additional Civil Judge, Haridwar is directed to expedite the proceedings of the said Criminal Case No. 93 of 2025 and conclude the trial as per law and as expeditiously as possible without granting any unnecessary adjournment to the parties.

The present Criminal Miscellaneous Application (No. 2185 of 2025) is disposed of accordingly.
