On 14.06.2023, the following order was passed by this Court:-

“Prayer in this petition is for grant of anticipatory bail under Section 438 Cr.P.C in case FIR No. 32 dated 06.02.2023 registered under Sections 147. 149, 427, 448, 506 of the IPC, 1860 (Section 380 of the IPC, 1860 added later on) registered at Police Station Kasola, District Rewari.

FIR was lodged on the complaint of Narender Singh as per which on 03.02.2023 co-accused Dharambir, Bikram, Kaptan and Kunwar accompanied by 10-15 unknown persons came to the place of the complainant armed with lathis, ed dandas, sharp edged weapons and destroy the CCTV camera, TV, gate and other valuable articles.

It is contended by learned counsel that petitioner is not named in the named le FIR. The co-accused specifically/Kanwar Singh, Bikram and Dharambir have already been allowed anticipatory bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 01.03.2023 in CRM-M-9622-2023. Besides, interim anticipatory bail has been allowed to another co-accused Kaptan vide order dated 17.03.2023 in CRM-M-13587-2023.

Mr. Randhir Singh, Addl. AG, Haryana, accepts notice on behalf of respondent-State.

To be heard along with CRM-M-13587-2023 on 04.07.2023.

In case of his arrest, the petitioner shall be released on interim bail subject to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer/Investigating Officer. However, it is directed that the petitioner shall join the investigation as and when so required by the Investigating Officer. He shall not contact any person associated with the case to dissuade him from the investigation in any manner whatsoever and nor shall leave the country without prior permission of the Court. He shall further comply with the conditions stipulated in Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.”

Today, learned State counsel has informed this Court that the petitioner has joined the investigation, in compliance of the order dated 14.06.2023 and is no longer required for further investigation.

In view of the aforesaid, the order dated 14.06.2023, whereby the petitioner was granted interim anticipatory bail, is hereby made absolute. However, he shall continue to join investigation, if and so required by the Investigating Officer.
