Ajay Tewari, J.—The case set up in the petition is that the petitioner was held to be dis-entitled for appointment on the presumption that she had passed her M.A. Examination after the cut off date and for this reason her marks in the M.A. Examination were not considered. Actually as per learned counsel the petitioner had passed her M.A.Examination prior to the cut off date and had annexed the provisional mark sheet along with the application. However, only because the final result was declared after the cut off date the petitioner was held to be dis-entitled. In this regard the petitioner is stated to have made a representation Annexure P-12. In my considered opinion at this stage it would be in the interest of justice if respondent No. 5 is directed to take a reasoned decision on the claim of the petitioner in the light of the above assertions. Let the necessary exercise be conducted within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order.

Petition stands disposed of accordingly.
