1.

These two writ petitions arise out of the orders dated 13.8.2019 passed by the Punjab State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Chandigarh, and the execution proceedings arising therefrom. By orders dated 16.10.2019 and 17.10.2019 passed in these writ petitions, this Court granted stay of the said execution proceedings pending before the Punjab State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Chandigarh.

2.

Ms. Prachi Grover, learned counsel, entered appearance for Mr. Divjyot Singh Sandhu, learned counsel for respondent No. 2 and filed her reply. The same is taken on record. She would bring it to the notice of this Court that the orders of dismissal in a similar set of cases filed by the petitioner company were the subject matter of LPA-1790-2019 and batch, titled RKM Housing Ltd. v. Punjab State Consumer Dispute Redressal Commission, Chandigarh, and by order dated 29.10.2019, a Division Bench of this Court, dismissed the appeals confirming the dismissal of the writ petitions filed by the petitioner company on the ground that it had failed to comply with the conditional orders passed by the National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, New Delhi, in relation to the orders of the State Commission, which were under challenge therein.

3.

It is an admitted fact that in the cases on hand also, the petitioner company failed to comply with the conditional orders passed by the National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, New Delhi. For reasons alike as were stated in the aforestated Division Bench order and in terms thereof, these writ petitions are also dismissed. Interim orders dated 16.10.2019 and 17.10.2019 passed in the writ petitions shall stand vacated.
