Mr. L. Rajesh, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present wife of the petitioner namely, Smt. R.K (O) Sonia Devi has filed an appeal which was registered as WA No. 27 of 2021 against the order dated 07-02-2020 in WP(C) No. 878 of 2015. He submits that by an order dated 05-10-2021, WA No. 27 of 2021 was disposed of permitting the appellant therein, to submit her reply within 2 (two) months from the date of the order and thereafter, the respondents authorities shall consider the reply on its own strength and in accordance with law, uninfluenced by any observations made on merits in the order under appeal.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present case is identical and therefore, the petitioner would be satisfied if an order is passed in line with the order dated 05-10-2021 passed in WA No. 27 of 2021.
Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is also disposed of by permitting the petitioner to submit his reply within 2 (two) months from today. Thereafter, the respondent authorities shall consider the reply on its own strength and in accordance with law, without being influenced by the Judgment passed in WP(C) No. 878 of 2015.
Writ petition is accordingly disposed of. No cost.
