Ld. Counsel for the ex-Director prays for recall on the NBWs against Mr. Girish Bhatia, he has been cooperating with the RP. This fact is confirmed by the RP. In view of the same, the NBWs are hereby recalled. No consent has been received from Ms. Priti Jaiswal the proposed liquidator.
We accordingly the name Ms. Maya Gupta who is present in Court is agreed to act as the liquidator in this case. She may file her consent in the required form.
