The petitioner has filed this petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for issuing direction to the concerned police station to arrest the accused persons in relation to Crime No.19/2022 for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 294, 506, 34 of IPC and Section 25/27 of Arms Act.

The facts in brief are that on 12.02.2022 the complainant-Rinku Singh Gurjar lodged a report at Police Station Endori alleging therein that on 11.02.2022 at about 5:30 pm he along with his brother-Bhappi Gurjar was sitting at the door, at that time, Sabja Gurjar, Munshi Gurjar, Sujan Singh and Kalli came there armed with pistol and 12 bore gun and started abusing them. When they resisted, Sabja Gurjar fired a gunshot, which hit on the right armpit of Bhappi. Upon the report, the aforesaid case has been registered.

Learned counsel for the petitioner argued that the police authorities have not taken any step to arrest the accused persons, therefore, they should be directed to arrest them at the earliest.

On the other hand, learned counsel for the respondents-State submits that the Investigating Agency has already arrested three accused person out of five and all possible efforts are being made to arrest the accused persons.

Heard the learned counsel for the parties and perused the record.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents' authorities to take all possible efforts to arrest remaining accused persons as early as possible.

With aforesaid direction, this petition is disposed of.
