Aggrieved by her transfer from Forest Beat Samloti to Forest Beat Dharamshala after completion of three years and eight months of tenure, the petitioner has come up before this Court, seeking quashing of her transfer on two grounds, firstly that her transfer has been effected on D.O. Note and secondly, that she cannot be transferred in her own beat.
Without going through the factual matrix and after hearing the learned Counsel for the parties for a considerable time, the nature of the order we propose to pass, would not be prejudicial to the petitioner.
This Court is disposing of this writ petition by giving liberty to the petitioner to make a representation to the respondents-State about her transfer from the present place of posting, i.e. Forest Beat Dharamshala to any other place, as per the option given by her, within one week from today. We direct the respondents-State to consider and decide such representation within four weeks, thereafter. We hope that the respondents would be sympathetic towards the petitioner. Interim order dated 10. 06.2020 shall stand vacated.
Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of alongwith pending application(s), if any.
