ORDER
The parties are represented through their respective learned counsel and PCA. Both the parties have fairly apprised that the matter relating the Khyati Foods Pvt. Ltd. has already been admitted on 25.07.2019 in CP(IB) 115/2019. In view of that, the instant application become infructuous.
The Petitioner is at liberty to file their claim before the IRP/RP.
Accordingly, CP(IB) 54/2019 is dismissed as infructuous.
