Judgment
Ravi Malimath, J
Inspite of the orders of eviction, the concerned people have not evicted. Some of the persons, who are in unauthorized occupation, have filed
affidavits, seeking time to vacate the premises. By the order dated 18.08.2021, time was granted. Presently, nine persons have filed affidavits and
given their undertakings that they will handover the possession on or before 31st March, 2022, as a consequence of our order dated 18.08.2021.
In view of the undertakings and the affidavits filed, the concerned persons shall handover the vacant possession of the premises in question to the
respondents on or before 31st March, 2022. Till then, they shall not be disturbed in the premises.
It is submitted by Mr. Naresh K. Gupta, learned Standing Counsel appearing for respondent No.2-Corporation, that even bio-toilets will be shifted
and re-fixed at an appropriate place, without causing any disturbance to the residents. His submission is placed on record.
In view of the orders of eviction to be complied with by 31 st March, 2022, learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner submits that no further orders
are called for. His submission is placed on record.
The writ petition is accordingly disposed off. Pending miscellaneous applications are also disposed off.
