ORDER

This Court convened through hybrid mode.

This matter was heard and reserved for orders on 05 January 2022.

On 10 January 2022, the Learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant has handed over one order passed by the Hon’ble NCLAT in CA (AT)(Ins.) No. 42 of 2022 and a copy of the same was given to the other side.
