Judgment
ORDER
Mr. Vikram Nankani, Ld. Sr. Advocate for the Applicant and Mr. Gaurav Joshi, Ld. Sr. Advocate for the Resolution Professional of the Corporate Debtor are present. Mr. Prateek Seksaria, Ld. Sr. Advocate of the Committee of Creditors is also present, but the Applicant herein has not arrayed Committee of Creditors as a Party Respondent to the present Interlocutory Application. In that view of the matter, Applicant is directed to amend the present Interlocutory Application thereby impleading the Committee of Creditors as a Party Respondent, in the present Interlocutory. The necessary amendment be carried out forthwith and the amended Copy be served on the newly added Respondent and the Parties concerned.
Respondents submitted that they will forgo right to file and place on record Affidavit in Reply; however, they will respond to the present Interlocutory Application orally/verbally. The said submission is accepted.
List this matter on Board on 25.08.2023, for further consideration and hearing.
