Judgment

This is the second journey of the petitioner to this Court.
The earlier writ petition bearing Writ Petition (S/B) No.546 of 2021 was disposed of by this Court on 29.11.2021 by the following order:-
“4. In that view of the matter, the writ petition is disposed of directing the District Magistrate, Dehradun the respondent no.3 to take a decision on the application filed by the petitioner for Voluntary Retirement under the Scheme and also forward the same to the Joint Director, Regional Office (Higher Education), Dehradun. The Government of Uttarakhand, Dehradun through the Principal Secretary (Higher Education) shall take a decision on the same, according to law without any further delay. The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of 30 days from the date of production of a certified copy of this order along with a copy of the brief before the respondent nos.3 and 4, simultaneously.”
However, when the petitioner filed a representation to the District Magistrate, Dehradun, the District Magistrate, Dehradun forwarded the same to the Director, Higher Education, and not the Joint Director, Regional Office (Higher Education), Dehradun.
In that view of the matter, we dispose of the writ petition directing the Director, Higher Education, Uttarakhand, the respondent No.2, to take a decision on the representation of the petitioner within a time-bound period of
15 days from the date of submission of a certified copy of this order along with a copy of the brief.
The learned counsel for the petitioner undertakes to produce a certified copy of this order along with a copy of brief before the respondent No.2 within a period of three days.
Urgent certified copy of this order be issued to the parties, today itself, on proper application.
