Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners, learned A.G.A. who has put in appearance on behalf of opposite parties nos. 1 to 4. and perused the F.I.R.
There is no need to issue notice to opposite party no. 5 at this stage, hence it is dispensed with.
It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that both of them have attained age of majority. In respect of petitioner no.1, Smt. Ranu Devi her High School Certificate showing her date of birth tobe 03.01.1989 has also been filed as Annexure1. It is said that both of them have married at Arya Samaj Mandir on 30.03.2009 with their own sweet will. The photographs of marriage have also been brought on record (Annexure2). It is also submitted that though there is no F.I.R. till date but recently constable of opposite party no.4 came and tried to harass both of them.
Learned A.G.A. has nothing to say substantial against it.
In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances, this petition is finally disposed of with an observation that the petitioners (Smt. Ranu Devi and Surendra Kumar) may not be harassed unnecessarily otherwise in due course of law.
With these observations, the writ petition is finally disposed of.
