PER: SHRI DHARMINDER SINGH, MEMBER- JUDICIAL

This application has been moved on behalf of the sole CoC Member of MHG Land Stocklist Private Limited stating that Mr. Anurag Nirbhaya was appointed as IRP in the present matter, and now the CoC has proposed the name of IP-Mr. Prabhjit Singh Soni by 100% voting for appointment as Resolution Professional. Accordingly, it is prayed that he may be appointed as Resolution Professional in the present matter. In view of the request made in the application and decision of CoC, Mr. Prabhjit Singh Soni stands appointed as Resolution Professional in the present matter and erstwhile IRP Mr. Anurag Nirbhaya stands discharged, who is also directed to hand-over all the documents to the Resolution Professional Mr. Prabhjit Singh Soni immediately.
