ORDER
This is an application filed by the RP for the release of the outstanding fee of RP and other Expenses. We find that the main company petition no. (IB)-494(PB)/2017 is already been disposed vide order dated 03.07.2019 under Section 12A.
Under these circumstances, the present application stands disposed of with a direction to the applicant to approach the IBBI for appropriate relief in the matter.
