Judgment
This is an application filed under Section 12A of the Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code, 2016 read with Regulation 30A (Insolvency Resolution Process for Corporate Persons) Regulation 2016. The settlement reached between the corporate debtor and the lender is supported by 100% voting share in the CoC meeting held on 26.08.2019. It is further stated that all CIRP cost as well as fee of the RP-Mr. Shailendra Singh has also been paid.
In view of the above the application is accepted the admission order and other proceedings initiated in pursuance of the admission order dated 26.02.2019 are recalled and negated. Resolution Professional shall handover all the papers or any other material to the corporate debtor and other entities.
