Judgment
ORDER
The Learned Representative for the Petitioner is present.
MA 3494/2019 is an Application Under Section 12A of the I&B Code, in respect of the proceeding commenced vide an order dated 26.09.2019 through which IRP, Mr. Pankaj Sham Joshi appointed. Annexed with this MA the evidence of settlement of the debt between the Debtor and Creditor and thereupon stated that the sole Financial Creditor has been paid and therefore this application deserves U/s 12A of the I&B Code.
It has also been communicated that the Debtor had undertaken to pay the CIRP costs and other Professional fees to the IRP. Since the condition as specified under the Code complied with therefore this application U/s 12A of the I&B Code deserves to be allowed.
Ordered accordingly. To be consigned on record.
