ORDER
None appeared for the petitioner. It appears that the petitioner has not completed the service of notice on the corporate debtor as directed vide order dated 29.08.2019.
The petitioner is directed to issue notice to the corporate debtor intimating the corporate debtor regarding transfer of the above company petition from court No. 1 to this bench with further direction on the corporate debtor to file reply within two weeks from the date of receiving notice if petition copy is served and to appear either in person or through advocate before this bench on the next date of hearing.
The petitioner shall file service affidavit along with acknowledgements, postal receipt, track report, email etc, copy of notice sent to the corporate debtor at least two days before the next date of hearing.
Petitioner shall ensure availability of hard copy of the Petition to the corporate debtor as well as to this Bench before the next date of hearing, failing which the above company petition will be dismissed for non-prosecution. List this matter on 30.03.2022.
