We have heard the above petition alongwith Writ Petition No.551/2016 on different occasions and opportunities were given to the parties to explore viable implemention of the directions issued by the Commissioner in the impugned order dated 17.2.2016. The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioners and their representatives visited the subject school to examine the facilities provided by the school concerned in compliance with the directions issued in the impugned order dated 17.2.2016.

When the matter was taken up today Shri S. S. Kantak, learned Senior Counsel appearing for the aforesaid petitioners upon instructions pointed out that the directions issued in the impugned order dated 17.2.2016 have been complied with but however, according to him, in the space earmarked for kitchen, there is no direct water connection provided to the sink installed on the platform of the kitchen. Mr. Bhobe, learned Counsel appearing for the respondent no.3 states that the water connection is located at a distance of one metre from the sink outside the premises. But however considering that the issues involved are concerning disabled children, we find it appropriate to direct the concerned school to facilitate the supply of water to such sink and ensure that water is adequately available in the sink as and when required and take all measures to ensure that water is readily available in sink at kitchen.

Rule stands disposed of accordingly.
