Admit. The learned Government Pleader takes notice for respondent Nos. 1 to 6. Notice to respondent Nos.7 and 8 are dispensed with in the light
of the limited prayer made in the writ petition.
The writ petition has been filed challenging the non approval of appointment of the petitioners as Headmasters. The petitioners have preferred
Ext.P13 revision before the Government and they pray that the same may be directed to be disposed of at the earliest. Ext.P13 is seen to have been
filed on 17.05.2021.
In the light of the limited prayer made in the writ petition, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 1st respondent to consider and pass orders on
Ext.P13 Revision Petition if the same has been received and is pending within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this
judgment. Orders shall be passed after hearing the petitioners and other interested parties. If physical hearing is not possible, they may be heard
virtually.
