Judgment

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is accepted. Office objection is over ruled. The petitioners are accused in Crime No. 261/2012 for the offences punishable u/s 143, 427, 324, 506 r/w Sec 149 of IPC and Section 3 of Prevention of Damage to Public Property Act. The matter is under investigation. The incident is the protest by the petitioners and others on the question of Kaveri water issue.
Having regard to the nature of allegations made against the petitioners, I am of the considered opinion that, they are entitled for anticipatory bail. For the reasons stated above, the following:
ORDER
i) The petition is hereby allowed.
ii) In the event of respondent-police arresting the petitioners, they shall be enlarged on bail subject to, they executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs. 25,000/- each (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand only) to the satisfaction of the Respondent-police authorities.
iii) Whenever I.O. call upon the petitioners they shall keep present and co-operate for completion of investigation.
iv) The petitioners shall not tamper with the prosecution witness.
