This is an application filed under section 12A of the Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code, 2016 read with Regulation 30(A) of the Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) Regulations, 2016. Heard the Counsel for the Petitioner. It has been stated that the matter was settled between the parties and they have arrived at an amicable settlement. To this extent the IRP filed an IA and prayed for withdrawal of the main CP. In view of the same the Application is allowed and CP (IB) No.149/9/AMR/2019 is closed as withdrawn.
