By an order dated 03.12.2019 we have appointed the applicant Mr. Mukesh Kumar Gupta to act as Liquidator and had issued directions to him to file his written consent. By the present application Mr. Mukesh Kumar Gupta has showed his inability to act as Liquidator on account of personal difficulty which require him to attend his ailing father who is stated to be suffering from cancer. Accordingly, we accept the prayer made and appoint Ms. Madhu Juneja, email i.d.-madhujun94@gmail.com, having registration No. IBBI/IPA-001/IP-P00044/2017-18/10118 to act as Liquidator subject to filing of her consent.
CA-27(PB)/2020 stands disposed of.
