Judgment

This petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:
a) "To call for records in OS No.1052/2024 on the file of V Addl.Civil Judge and JMFC at Mysore.
b) Issue a writ of certiorari or any other writ of like nature and quash the order dated 13.01.2025 passed on IA No.5 filed under Order 26 Rule 9 R/w section 151 of CPC in OS No.1052/2024 on the file of V Addl. Civil Judge and JMFC at Mysore vide Annexure ‘G’ to the writ petition and consequently allow IA No 5 filed by the petitioner, or alternatively.
c) Issue a writ of certiorari or any writ of like nature and modify the order dated 09/08/2024 passed on IA No 4 filed under Order 26 Rule 9 R/w section 151 of CPC in OS No 1052/2024 on the file of V Addl.Civil Judge and JMFC at Mysore vide Annexure D and restrict the said order only to an Extent measuring and verifying schedule B property and,
d) Grant any other remedy that this Hon’ble court deems fit in the interest of justice and equity."
After arguing the matter for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioner prays that he may be permitted to withdraw this petition.
This petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No liberty.
