Judgment
Learned counsel for the parties state that disputes have been settled. It was recorded in the order dated 15.02.2024 as follows:-
"1.Learned counsel for the parties state that the disputes have been settled between them, and an agreement has been signed. The settlement involves rights and interest in a property in the State of Rajasthan, which is taking some time to implement.
2.The parties are directed to place the settlement agreement on record, alongwith the status of implementation thereof, within four weeks from today."
Although the settlement agreement has not been placed on record, a copy of the settlement agreement dated 22.09.2023 has been handed over in Court and is taken on record. The decree holder and the judgment debtors in these two petitions are parties to the settlement agreement, alongwith a company by the name of Informage Realtek Pvt. Ltd.
Learned counsel for the parties state that the settlement agreement is in the process of implementation.
As the parties have settled their disputes, these applications are disposed of, with liberty to the parties to take appropriate steps in the event that there is any violation of the settlement agreement, including by making an application for revival of these proceedings, if necessary.
