Judgment

The jurisdiction of this Court has been invoked under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ in the nature of Certiorari quashing the impugned order dated 03.03.2026 (Annexure P-1) vide which the petitioner has been posted at Bhakra Beas Management Board (BBMB) without his consent as this order has been issued in violation of Rule 108 and Rule 110 of the Haryana Civil Service (General) Rules, 2016 (Annexure P-2).
Learned State Counsel produces a copy of the order dated 09.03.2026, showing that the petitioner was put on deputation against a vacant post to complete the share quota post vide the revised order. The original order assailed before this Court dated 03.03.2026 (Annexure P-1) depicts that the petitioner was sent on deputation; however, none of the entries in the last column of the order was marked as correct or incorrect.
In view of the order dated 09.03.2026 placed before this Court, learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition with liberty to challenge the revised order dated 09.03.2026, if the petitioner so chooses.
Prayer is accepted.
Dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid.
