Judgment
Kurian Joseph, C.J.—The writ petition is filed mainly with the following prayer:
i) That the Respondents may very kindly be directed to give the benefits of seniority and increments for the services which the present Petitioner has rendered on the post of JBT on adhoc basis from 4.9.1985 to 19.11.1985 with all consequential benefits.
It is submitted that the issue is squarely covered by the judgment rendered by this Court in CWP (T) No. 7712 of 2008 titled Paras Ram v. State of H.P., decided on 19.5.2009. The Petitioner submits that he would file appropriate representation furnishing all factual details before the competent authority within a period of one month from today. It is always open for him to do so. In case the Petitioner is similarly situated as the Petitioner covered by the judgment referred to above, a similar treatment shall be extended to the Petitioner herein also within another four months on production of copy of this judgment along with copy of the representation and judgment, referred to above.
The writ petition is disposed of, so also the pending application(s), if any.
