A.C. Arumugaperumal Adityan, J.—Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the revision petitioner.

2.

The order of notice to condone the delay of 350 days in filing the civil miscellaneous appeal against the order passed by the Tax Appellate Tribunal, Coimbatotre in T.A. No. 17 of 2003 dated 28.10.2004 is under challenge in this revision.

3.

The grievance of the learned Counsel appearing for the revision petitioner is that I.A. No. 2159 of 2005 was filed on 14.11.2005 and without any rhyme or reason, the learned Principal District Judge, Coimbatore is adjourning the same. Under such circumstances, the Principal District Judge, Coimbatore is directed to dispose of I.A. No. 2159 of 2005 in unnumbered CMA /2005 within 15 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Interim injunction is made absolute till the disposal of I.A. No. 2159 of 2005. With the above observation, this civil revision petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected M.P. No. 2 of 2009 is closed.
