Copy of the written instruction received from the Special LA & RRO, Lower Indra Irrigation Project, Khariar is produced by Mr. Biswal, learned Additional Standing Counsel, which is taken on record.
Mr. Ashok Kumar Behera, Director (R & R) & Ex- Officio, Special Secretary, Department of Water Resources, Govt. of Odisha being present in Court in another Writ Petition, i.e., W.P.(C) No.34381 of 2025 submits that he shall examine the matter and if the Petitioner is held to be entitled to the amount claimed, necessary order of sanction be passed within a period of fifteen days.
A copy of the brief along with copy of the written instruction of the Special LA & RRO, Lower Indra Irrigation Project, Khariar shall be made over to Mr. Behera, Director (R & R) & Ex-Officio, Special Secretary, Department of Water Resources, Govt. of Odisha by the learned counsel for the State in course of the day.
