The present petition alleges wilful disobedience of the directions contained in the order dated 13.10.2025 passed by this Court in W.P.(C) 15639/2025.

Learned counsel for the MCD submits, on instructions, that the requisite decision in terms of the aforesaid directions is in the process of being taken and the said process shall be concluded within a period of five days from today.

It is assured and undertaken that the requisite decision that would be taken in terms of the said order, shall be communicated to the petitioner latest within a period of three weeks from today.

4.

Taking on record the aforesaid undertaking, the present petition is disposed of.

5.

Needless to say, if the petitioner has any grievance with regard to the aforesaid exercise, she shall be at liberty to avail appropriate remedies available under law.
