Application is for placing on record the copy of statement of the prosecutrix (PW-2) as Annexure P-4 with the further prayer seeking exemption from filing certified copy of the same.
For the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed as prayed for subject to all just exceptions. Accompanied documents are taken on record as Annexure P-4.
Registry to tag the same at the appropriate place.
MAIN CASE
Present petition has been filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of bail pending trial to the petitioner in case FIR No.48 dated 19.07.2019, under Sections 363, 366-A of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (Section 376, IPC added later on), Sections 3 & 4 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012, registered at Police Station Joga, District Mansa.
After arguing for sometime, learned Counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the present petition at this stage.
Ordered accordingly.
Since the main petition stands withdrawn, therefore, the pending applications, if any, shall also stand disposed off.
