Arun Bhansali, J.—Despite service no one has appeared on behalf of the respondents. It is submitted by counsel for the petitioner that the present writ petitions are squarely covered by the judgment of this Court in the case of Lal Chand Sharma vs. State & Ors. passed in S.B.C.W.P. No. 4838/1996 decided on 02.02.2010, which judgment has been followed in S.B.C.W.P. No. 2622/2011 (Badri Prasad vs. State of Rajasthan & Ors.) and other matter by order dt. 27.09.2012 in which, following directions were issued.

In the result, all these petitions are allowed. Respondents are directed to confer the status of semi-permanent upon petitioners after completion of two years and permanent status after completion of ten years on the post of Store Munshi in the light of the directions of this Court in Lal Chand supra and order dt. 20.7.2012 (Ann.A/2) passed by the respondents with all consequential benefits Compliance of the judgment shall be made within a period of three months from the date of submission of copy of this order before them.

In view of the above submissions, the present writ petition is also allowed with the directions as contained hereinbefore. The stay petition is also disposed of.
