Judgment
ORDER
The parties are represented through their respective learned counsels.
In the instant matter an order was passed under section 33 of the IB Code for the liquidation of the Corporate Debtor on filing of application by the RP.
Since, the name of the Liquidator was not proposed by the Committee of Creditors, as such, this Bench has suggested the name of Mr. Sunil Kumar Agarwal from the list of the panel of the Liquidator. Accordingly, the name of Mr. Sunil Kumar Agarwal has been sent to the IBBI for approval.
In view of the above said proposal by this Bench, the IBBI has verified the name of Mr. Sunil Kumar Agarwal and to consider his name as a Liquidator of the Corporate Debtor in CP(IB) 149/2017.
Accordingly, this Bench has approved the name of Mr. Sunil Kumar Agarwal having Registration No. IBBI/IPA-001/IP-P01390/2018-2019/12178 to act as a Liquidator and do the needful by making public announcement.
Since, the IA has already been disposed of, no further order is required.
