Present writ petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing the
impugned transfer order dated 09.12.2020 (P-2), passed by respondent No.5.
After arguing for some time, learned Counsel for the petitioner has confined his prayer only to the extent that petitioner be allowed to continue at the
present place of posting i.e. Colony Section till 30.04.2021 so that study of his children may not suffer. Further submitted that w.e.f. 01.05.2021,
petitioner will join at his place of transfer i.e. Rana Section in terms of impugned transfer order dated 09.12.2020.
Prayer seems to be justified.
In view of the above, this writ petition is disposed off with a direction to respondent No.5 that petitioner be allowed to continue at the present place of
posting i.e. Colony Section till 30.04.2021.
Since this order has been passed without issuing any notice to the respondents, therefore, if they feel aggrieved, can move an appropriate application
for recalling of the same.
