Judgment
Sheel Nagu, J.—This review petition under Order 47 Rule 1 of the CPC has been filed seeking review of the final order dated 20.04.2012 passed in Second Appeal No. 182/2012. Learned counsel for petitioners is heard.
It is primarily contended by the learned counsel for petitioners that the decisions in the cases Commissioner of Sales Tax Vs. Hukumchand Mills, and Haryana Waqf Board Vs. Shanti Sarup and Others, have not been considered while passing the order under review.
The contention is that the review petitioners Ramkaran and Others were not heard before passing the order dated 20.04.2012 in Second Appeal No. 182/2012.
A perusal of the order dated 20.04.2012 indicates that Shri Santosh Agrawal, Advocate had appeared on behalf of the appellants, i.e., review petitioners herein after having filed his Vakalatnama on 13.04.2012 alongwith Second Appeal No. 182/2012. The said counsel of the review petitioners was heard and only thereafter the matter was decided on merits at the admission stage by dismissing Second Appeal No. 182/2012.
No ground for review is made out as the counsel for review petitioners has failed to demonstrate any palpable error in the order sought to be reviewed which may impel this Court to exercise its powers under Order 47 Rule 1 of CPC. Accordingly, this review petition deserves to be and is, therefore rejected sans cost.
