This petition has been heard through Video Conferencing in view of the guidelines of the High Court taking into account the situation arising due to
COVID-19 pandemic. None of the parties have complained about any technical snag of audio-video and with their consent this matter has been
heard.
The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioner no.1 is father in law, petitioner no.2 is mother in law, petitioner no.3 is brother in law,
petitioner no.4 is sister in law and petitioner no.5 is nephew of the O.P.No.2. He submits that on omnibus allegations the case under section 498A IPC
has been filed.
Let notice be issued upon the Opp.Parties by registered post with A/d as well as under ordinary process for which requisites etc must be filed within
two weeks.
There shall be stay of further proceeding in connection with complaint case no.1406/2019, pending in the court of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st
Class, Dhanbad so far the petitioners are concerned.
