Heard Mr.Th.Ibohal, learned senior counsel for the applicant.
Issue notice.
Mr. Niranjan, learned GA enters appearance on behalf of respondent Nos.1, 2, 3 and 4. The applicants to take steps for service of notice on respondent Nos.5(i) to 5(vi) by Speed Post within one week from today.

By this application, the applicants are praying for granting permission for allowing them to file WP(C) No.367 of 2019 in a representative capacity of the residents of Thoubal area.
In that view of the matter, the applicants are directed to cause notice in terms of Order 1 Rule (viii) of the CPC in one Local Daily Newspaper having wide circulation in the District of Thoubal, showing the returnable date as 10.12.2021.
List the matter on 10.12.2021.

The present application has been filed by the respondent No.3 to 10 in WP(C) No.620 of 2018 praying for closure of WP(C) No.620 of 2018 on the ground that the petitioner No.2 in the WP(C) No.620 of 2018 passed away on 7.9.2020.
