Judgment
Kurian Joseph, C.J.—The petition has been filed with the following prayers:
(a) The a writ of Certiorari may be issued for quashing and setting aside the impugned transfer order dated 14.05.2010 Annexure P-1 whereby the Petitioner has been ordered to be transferred from Development Block Kandaghat to Development Block Pachhad, District Sirmour H.P. in the interest of justice and fair play.
(b) That Writ of Mandamus may be issued directing the Respondent to allow the Petitioner to perform his duties at the present place of posting i.e. Development Block Kandaghat.
The Petitioner is aggrieved by his transfer vide Annexure P-1 and has filed a representation before the second Respondent. There will be a direction to the second Respondent to look into the matter and pass appropriate order in accordance with law and justice on the representation of the Petitioner. The needful shall be done within a period of three weeks from the date of production of the copy of the judgment alongwith copy of the writ petition. In case the Petitioner has not been relieved as on today and in case fourth Respondent has not joined his duty as on today, further proceedings in that record will be deferred till such time.
The petition stands disposed of, so as the pending application(s), if any.
