Judgment
Ritu Bahri, J.—On 21.6.1988, the following interim order passed by this Court reads as under:
Admitted. To come up after the decision of C.W.P. No. 2862 of 1987.
In the meantime, there shall be an interim direction that in case vacancies arise, the petitioners may be appointed on ad-hoc basis on the seniority maintained in the district, till further orders, but this will be subject to the result of the writ petition.
As per instructions (Annexure ''A'') placed on record, Mr. Goripuria, Deputy Advocate General, Haryana, states that petitioner No. 1 Rameshwar Dass son of Mange Ram was not appointed on ad-hoc basis after he was relived in the year 1978. Petitioner No. 2 Jagminder son of Shri Ram Bhaj has been appointed as a direct recruitment on 15.10.1992. At present, he is working as regular Drawing Teacher in GHS Julani (Jind). Petitioner No. 3 Ram Niwas son of Shri Raja Ram was not appointed on ad-hoc basis. He is not in service. Petitioner No. 4 Mahender Singh son of Shri Lakhmi Chand was appointed on ad-hoc basis on 29.9.1988. He has been regularized on the post of Drawing Teacher vide order dated 24.4.1991. He is presently working as Regular Drawing Teacher at GMS Badaya Brahamana (Hisar).
In view of the above instructions, the writ petition has become infructuous and the same is disposed of as such.
