By way of this petition, the petitioner has sought the execution of the order dated 30.5.2019 passed by the erstwhile learned Himachal Pradesh Administrative Tribunal in O A No. 2152 of 2019 titled as Rameshwar Versus H.P. State Electricity Board Limited and Another, relevant portion of which reads as under:

"In the facts and circumstances and documents filed alongwith the original application, as prayed for, the original application is disposed of with the stipulation that subject to the applicant making a detailed representation, supported by documents alongwith certified copy of this order, taking all the grounds as set up in the original application, to the respondents/competent authority(s), within a fortnight from today, who shall consider and decide the same in accordance with rules/law, sympathetically, within further three months from the date of submission of the representation, after affording an opportunity of being heard to him".

Along with the execution petition, a copy of representation has been appended by the petitioner, as Annexure P-2. In my considered view, the representation which has been filed by the petitioner is completely cryptic and by no stretch of imagination speaking order can be passed on the same. Accordingly, this execution petition is closed with the direction that in the event of applicant filing a detailed representation in terms of the order passed by the learned Tribunal, supported by documents within two weeks from today, then the same shall be decided by the Competent authority in accordance with rules within two months from the date of receipt of the said representation, after affording an opportunity of being heard to the petitioner by following protocol of COVID-19 pandemic.
