"Learned Senior Counsel on instructions from M.D Corporation states that the Corporation is ready to consider and fix the seniority of the petitioner appropriately, provided the petitioner approaches the Corporation. His statement is taken on record. Let the petitioner approach the respondent-Corporation today at 2 P.M, thereafter decision be placed for perusal on the next date of hearing.
