Sanjay Karol, J.—Petitioner has undisputedly completed his tenure of posting at G.S.S Hatwar (Bilaspur). He now stands transferred to G.S.S.S Bharedi. According to him, joining of private Respondent who stands transferred to G.S.S.S Hatwar, in terms of impugned order dated 2.7.2011 (Annexure P-1), was not accepted by the competent authority. The Principal of the School was on tour and the joining was taken by the Superintendent. He also pointed out certain hardships resulting on account of impugned order of transfer. According to the Petitioner, private Respondent is a Union Leader and as much has been accommodated at Hatwar.

Ordinarily, this Court could have dealt with the contention raised by the Petitioner, but however keeping in view the fact that Petitioner himself has completed his normal tenure of posting at Hatwar, at this stage, this Court is not inclined to deal with the same. However, liberty is granted to the Petitioner to approach Respondent No. 1, who shall look into the grievances of the Petitioner and also issue directions with regard to the person who, under normal circumstances, is duty bound to accept the joining of the employee(s). As and when Petitioner approaches the Respondent No. 1 by way of a representation, the same shall be considered and decided on merits in accordance with law expeditiously.

With the aforesaid observation, petition stands disposed of.
