Judgment
Ranjan Gogoi, J
Heard. Learned Single Judge has dismissed the writ petition out of which this appeal has arisen on the ground that the respondent-School being a private unaided school run by a Society a writ ought not be issued against such a School.
Learned Counsel for the appellant has placed reliance on a judgment of this Court in Jarnail Singh, Science Master and Others Vs. Khalsa High School and Others, .
The aforesaid judgment in Jarnail Singh and others'' case (supra) had been considered by this Court in its order dated 22.09.2010 passed in LPA No. 406 of 2010. By the said order, in a like situation, the writ petition was held to be not maintainable.
Following the aforesaid order dated 22.09.2010 passed in LPA No. 406 of 2010 we hold that there is no infirmity in the order of the learned Single Judge. The appeal, therefore, is not being entertained any further. The same is accordingly dismissed.

As we are not entertaining the Letters Patent Appeal, no order will be called for in the application for condonation of delay.
