After perusal of the application, in our opinion, the reasons mentioned in the application, are not sufficient to condone the delay in filing the appeal, as held by Hon''ble the Supreme Court in the case of Esha Bhattacharjee Vs. Managing Committee of Raghunathpur Nafar Academy and Others, . Consequently, the application (IA No. 2843/2014) for condonation of delay, is hereby dismissed and the appeal is also dismissed.
