Judgment
Heard the parties.
Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Koderma P.S. Case No. 154 of 2019.
It has been alleged that the accused persons were cheating online purchasers in the name of Snapdeal and Shopclue. Several persons were apprehended and from the house of the petitioner no. 1, various incriminating articles relating to Snapdeal and Shopclue were seized.
It appears that the apprehended accused persons had disclosed about the involvement of the petitioners. So far as the petitioner no. 1 is concerned, he appears to be the king-pin and such fraudulent activities and the entire operations were carried out from his house. As regards the petitioner nos. 2 and 3 are concerned, they appear to have been implicated on account of the confession of apprehended accused persons.
Regard being had to the aforesaid facts, I am not inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner no. 1 which is hereby rejected.
So far as petitioner no. 2 and 3 are concerned, they are directed to surrender in the court below within four weeks and pray for bail, and in that event, they shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Koderma in connection with Koderma P.S. Case No. 154 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
This application stands allowed.
