T.R. Ramachandran Nair, J.—The petitioner is seeking for a direction directing respondents 1 and 2 to permit them to transport river sand in his lorries and to take steps to settle the issue regarding transportation of sand in Desamangalam, Vallathol, Panjal, Kondazhi and Thiruvilvamala Grama Panchayats. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that in W.P.(C) No. 29333/2011 an interim order has been passed by this Court as per Ext.P6. The direction therein, according to the learned counsel for the petitioner, will enable the petitioners therein to collect 25% of the total daily permitted loads in their vehicles. Respondents 3 to 7 are said to be lorry owners associations who are the petitioners in the said writ petition.

2.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners in W.P.(C) No. 29333/2011 submitted that the petitioners therein are only operating their lorries in terms of the interim order passed by this Court, viz. availing 25% of the total daily permitted loads and there had not been any obstruction from their part with regard to the right claimed by the petitioner. The same is recorded. In the light of the above, it is upto the petitioners to move the respective Panchayats, and if any difficulty is further caused, he can move the District Collector for appropriate relief.

The writ petition is disposed of with the above observations. No costs.
