Judgment

The writ petitioner stands superannuated from service, in the month of January, 2020. However, thereafter, though he became entitled to all the retiral benefits, including pension, yet, all the latter benefits, are not, being released to him. Consequently, the writ petitioner, has motioned, this Court through the instant writ petition, for, therethrough a writ of mandamus becoming issued, upon, the respondents.
The learned counsel appearing for the respondents has placed on record a verdict, rendered, by this Court, in, CWP No. 3050 of 2014, decided on 17.7.2014, wherethrough, visa vis, an apposite employer common to the writ petitioner, also, this, Court became constrained to direct the respondents, to, release all the retiral benefits, including pension to the petitioner concerned, within a period of three months. Consequently, this Court is also constrained, to, issue a writ of mandamus, upon, the respondents, to release all hisadmissible retiral benefits, including pension, within a period of two months from today, and, the amount so released, shall carry interest, at the rate of 9% per annum, from, the date of the apposite entitlement(s) thereto, of, the writ petitioner.
In view of the above observations, the instant writ petition stands disposed of. All pending applications, if any, also stand disposed of.
